This Community Service Project celebrates Dr. King and the Presidential Inauguration of President-Elect Barack Obama in the spirit that change happens when

“It Starts With Us”

To restore and beautify the Pope Branch Creek tributary of the Anacostia River

We will gather as a community to remove trash and invasive plant species from along the creek.
