holy kudzoly!!! word on the street is you can eat this stuff.. bring hungry volunteers for the Jan. 15 invasvie removal/trash clean up event

Yum. The Japanese use the kudzu roots to make Wagashi. Before chowing down the kudzu leaves, make sure that the plant is not sprayed with chemical agents. In a more important matter, these invasives grow a foot a day, every day, and we need to control them. You can see from the photo, these kudzu vines are strangling the young trees.

Jan. 15 is on my calendar to help with this invasive removal event.
