The biocells will need to be watered every two weeks for the first year.
Once the plants are established they will tolerate the regular rainfall
conditions and survive on their own.

RAIN GARDEN PLANTING
On November 16th, staff from PBPRA, DDOE, and DPR worked with students from the Anacostia High School to plant the 4 bioretention cells along M Place SE. The planting went forward despite the chilly tempatures. Thanks to all who came out to help or just observe the commotion.
